Four short questions and you'll have a tailored AI prompt that's ready to paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
The first version is rarely the final version. Treat the output above as a draft. Paste it into your AI of choice, read what comes back, and ask yourself two questions: "Was the tone right?" and "Did it answer what I actually wanted?"
If the tone's off, edit the audience or add a constraint like "sound like a friendly mentor, not a sales rep." If the answer drifted, sharpen the task — replace "write a cold email" with "write a 90-word cold email pitching X to Y, with one specific observation about their work in the opener." Each iteration tightens the brief, and after three or four loops you'll have a prompt you can save and reuse for every similar task.
Three more ways to get better results from AI.
